Anyone else have problems with the gaskets that have the inner metal sleeve? Where can I find the regular old gaskets with out the inner metal sleeve?

Many of the sleeve type will come apart, sleeve and crinkled up tin material are two different pieces. IIRC duralast from AZ will. Pretty sure they use fel-pro repackaged.

My hummer used 2 when it was n/a. I never had a problem, reused the old ones a couple times. Put in new cheapy pepboys ones when I dropped in the new long block, and they worked fine for years. Removed and reinstalled pep boys ones once. My new turbo set up does not use them.

This is the second time I have changed mine. This time I got the ones for a N.A. manifold to down pipe gasket. Make sure you get what you ask for.

N.A. to D.P. I.D. is 1.75" Turbo crossover I.D. is 2.1""
