I have no idea about the dyno.

But, what kind of difference did it make when you turned up the pump?

With a 3in downpipe to a 4in exhaust, a DB2831-4911 turned up a quarter turn, home-made wastegate controller set to 17psi on a GM-3,and a AFE Stage II intake, I made 203rwhp at 3800rpm and 331ft lbs or torque at 2800rpm. This was a 1993 Regular Cab Long Box K3500 Single Rear Wheel with 4:10 gears and a NV4500. I think depending on where you are at and all that, you can expect close to that.

thats not bad ya i have been wanting to run it since i bought it. most my buddies have 7.3 and tend to talk down to my lil ol 6.5. i no it cant compete with the 7.3 jus wanna show that it can be a strong diesel also. and for a lil pride in my boat to say i have built this truck

Im curious what your numbers would be with maxed fuel screw and bigger more efficient turbo.

actualy just so you know, i ordered new 2300psi pop injectors, and after i get them in i am going to do some fuel tuning with the ATT I got now and hit the dyno, so i may be able to calm that curiosity soon haha

Good job, yours will be an excellent comparison dyno.....be sure to post results. We are all in need of info as to which upgrades are the best for the buck.....

Yeah, I will post up. I still got some things to figure out but I will be making a few dyno runs here in the future with some mods to come for good comparisons so I won't leave you guys in the dark

We are just organizing for our first dyno run, would like to have some base #'s so we are able to attain if we are going in the right direction with our current build.

Yeah, I have been keeping track of such things. Well now you got an idea of where a mildy modified mechanical 6.5L is at with the usual modifications (fuel, air, exhaust). I won't let you in on all the planned mods, but I will be planning on using water injection if that gives you any idea of where I am going to be going with fueling :) stay tuned
