Burning Main Fuses

Is this the fuse you are having problems with?

View attachment 100017
No.
It is the far back fuse at the back of the fuse/relay box.
It is between that fuse at the arrow and the relay. There are two 30 amp fuses back to back.
I am pointing the IR thermometer at it but the thermometer is blocking the view if it.

I am out away from home until at least this evening, possibly until Sunday or Monday late.
When I get back home I’ll get a picture of the fuse and post it.
The back of the motor is getting so warm that if I held my hand against it for maybe a minute or two, could possibly get a first degree burn from that.
In the whats happening thread I will post a couple of pics of the job I am on.
And I do apologize as I had missed this post from @Glagulator

The wire issue that was mentioned isn't the plug on the motor back a foot or so there should be another.
I had to do to a job at Roberts Montana, when I get back home I will check for that second plug.

I’m not ignoring the forum, or this thread, when I get finished at the end of the day, cant keep my eyes open long enough to reply to any posts.
I am camping on the job.
