I did mine when I replaced my dash, but I know it looked nearly impossible to do it with everything together.

Is it accessible by pulling the glove box? I thought these were behind the control dials?

Yes behind the glove box on the top of the HVAC box

Replaced the blower resistor flux capacitor today. All is good and have all speeds on the fan. Not a bad job. It's on top of the HVAC box. Pull the glove box and remove the plug and the two screws holding it down.

I replaced the resistor pack on My old 93 K1500 a while back, before I sold it. I was surprised it was an easy exchange. LOL
