A little more info would be nice. I'd check power to the switch. Also if it's a 90s truck the connection at the fan can get too hot and warp the connectors and make a no fan situation.

As the blower wears with age, it develops resistance. It will melt the connections at the harness plug. I simple crimped together the wires with heat shrink butt connectors. Been great ever since.
