Morning guys.Cant believe it’s been over 2yrs with no update on this.Between work and looking after my 3 children it’s been hectic.The block and crank still sits on a pallet but guess what?Its going on the engine stand today.

Yes it’s definitely time to get this underway.The 5.7 diesel in my fathers truck is pretty well wrapped up under the hood.Just a few minor things to take care of and it’s 100% in regard to that.

I finally have the 6.2 mounted on the engine stand.I put some deep creep penetrating fluid upon the machined surfaces to prevent corrosion,etc.I’m pretty sure I have the outer stud kit for the mains purchased but will have to go back through my parts stash and see if it’s there…lol.Assembly should begin soon on this.I have everything purchased to get the ball rolling.
