It DOES NOT fit. With that said... it is not a bolt on operation. They have changed the grille just enough to make it LOOK the same, but not be the same, at all. By the time I realized how different it is I has eliminated the possibility of returning the grille, so I went for it. Basically I...
Well I ordered a 2011 Denali Grille, we'll see if it fits. It looks like it will from the install pics. 249.99 not bad IMO, if I wanted to replace my plastic grille it would be over 400!!!
There is an oval pattern grille out for the 1/2 tons but I don't see one for the HD's (I'm talking about GMC's btw) and I would really like to put a denali-style grille on my truck... maybe the 2011's will fit my 2010 when it comes out? Anyone know of a company that makes a grill like this or...
For wood care any type of oil helps... used motor oil is great when brushed in with a wire brush, but it can make a mess. We had 5 or 6 gallons of PWC two-stroke mineral oil and that worked really well too.
Are they worth the price? I saw a post about a Suncoast fully built tranny for about 6K shipped and everything... ATS's go all the way up past 10K... is the purple paint worth it if I want to beef up my tranny?
haha alright the pic will be appreciated, I figured I'd ask, it was a good thought! (BTW i can't just go look, I'm at sea 2000 miles from my truck right now.:mad2::mad2:
I have a 2010 SLT with the center console... Where the tray/cup holders are I'd like to vertically flush mount my 3 radios, VHF, CB, and MURS... but I don't know how much space there is in the center console there... does anyone know?
That's exactly what I'm doing when I get back from sea. on the GMC's (NBS) if you get a DPF-back pipe that deletes the muffler you can't see anything else, so I'm just getting a 5 inch dpf-back pipe that I'm gonna paint black... until I sack up and program/loose the dpf... its all cosmetic...
I've tried the search function and I couldn't really figure this out... it can't be this simple otherwise everyone would be doing it, but I wanna ask...
If I get another ECM programmed by Nick at duramaxtuner.com or do my own EFI Live tuning to remove my DPF and run a very mild tune, can i...
I don't know why it's taken this long... I've identified this market for a while, and I'm not auto pro. Just looking at the number of SLT's and LTZ's... the market trend over the last 10 years for light duty diesels has been towards crew cabs with luxurious interiors. Where I'm from in...
When I was at the dealer buying my truck last week my sales guy was telling me about it. Maine is only supposed to get ONE of the Denali HD's and the dealership I got my truck from said they're gonna be the dealership that gets it... I dunno if he's just blowing smoke but he also said it had a...
2010 CCSB SRW 4x4 DIC and hand calc in agreement, lowest so far is 15.5 mpg (mostly in town along with showing off, just burning fuel) I did a 500 mile trip yesterday averaged 20.4 mpg, 60 mph on the road 73 mph on the highway.
1,568 miles on the clock... supposedly these numbers will get even...
Hey guys,
I'm thinking when I get back from sea this time I'm going to put a 5 inch system on the truck, and I LOVE the look of the black systems, but the price for the ceramic paint is just too much... would there be any problem just using high quality marine grade black paint on a regular...
You've got a real sharp truck there! What exhaust do you have on that?
And about the 6.5... I've always missed the 6.5, but to compare these trucks really just isn't a fair thing to do.
I'm working on the pics, I have a few I just need to get them on the computer, then onto here haha. My milage is AWESOME. I can't speak for your truck since I've heard it varies, but I'm getting 15 romping on it around town, 18/19 going 65-75, and 20/21 going 55... I'm VERY happy with this!
Hey Guys,
I just bough a '10 GMC CCSB SLT two days ago... and I love it. I'm getting much better milage than I thought (20 going 55-60) and I like the power. I've heard that the stock air filters on these are actually pretty good, so not worth replacing, but I know the truck will run better...
