On each headlight housing, on the top, there's an "inverted torx" (male torx) head bolt that you adjust. Park 10-15 feet from an even, uniform wall at night and adjust them up or down, and make them level side to side.
You can use a TechII or EFILive to see which injecors have bad balance rates. This will give you SOME information. But as already stated, it's worth just replacing them all when you're in there already.
Generally, idling could only be harmful if you're running a really fuel heavy tune... risk washing down the cylinders and contaminating your oil.

How'd you tighten the balancer bolt back up? My torque wrench only goes up to 250ft-lbs, so I just put a pipe on it and added a little.... err... extra. after it clicked.
I have a friend who put one on his '08 Dodge. He likes it, but probably wouldn't spend the money on it again if he had it to do over... I have the same general sentiment, especially in the case of these newer 5 and 6-spd trannys.

Sounds like a seal in the pump. This is not a very common problem, but it can happen. Unfortunately, if that's the case, you're going to have to drop the trans to replace it.
