I know it sounds crazy but I had a similiar problem, changed LP three times , dropped tank and checked sock, changed PMD to remote and harness, changed IP. would run great for a week then always go to secondary fuel..
I changed my Cranshaft Position Sensor and it fixed it.. You can always try...

Hey Bigchevy, I noticed you live in Avon Park,Fl.. My family moved down there from the north about 15yrs ago and I go and visit them every year..
My mom lives on E. Camphor St. and my sister and family live near the high school.. Small world Huh !
Leo, I tried the best I can ..I'll really try and dig it out when I get a chance.. Do you think I should say F*** it and by a Cable from PMDcable instead . atleast I know his stuff is good. Might be a worth while $38 investment??
I have done numerous checks .. I dropped tank and checked fuel sock ( perfect) the Sending unit was replaced 3months ago along with lines and I just replaced the LP for the 3rd time. The FM is new along with filter.
I did check voltage when it was pumping and it was fine.
Another code does...
The LP appears to be running fine I connected a voltage meter to it and it was 12v with the key on..I changed it to a 93LP and redid the ground. Sorry I don't know how to do more things trying to learn.....
I haven't checked the new pumps pressure yet but appears to be normal.
I don't...
The truck is running somewhat better now that I figured out that the Fuel filter was either cracked or wasn't tight and leaking air into the system causing it to stall and die.
I replaced the LP once again with a 93 LP, which wasn't that expensive. before I did this I checked the voltage to...
My truck still isn't right . I plugged in a code checker from Advanced and it brought up the folowing 3 codes:
P0231: Fuel Pump second circuit low
P0251: Injection Pump Meter control
P0251 : Injection Pump meter control ( Pending)
I got the 93 LP and am going to install it probably tomm...
Ok , I believe my truck is fixed. Long story short I believe the fuel filter was either cracked, not seated properly or had a bad gasket and was leaking air back into the system.. Thats all corrected and the truck isn't stalling or bucking anymore.
However it still has the P0251 code and is...
Ok here's an update and hopefully the last post on this .:rolleyes5:
Dropped old tank from truck and realized it's a 32gal not 25 like I bought.. Doh
The tank was in great shape . The mechanic who installed the sending unit made sure and sprayed it with undercoating before he mounted it...
Thanks to all:thumbsup: Got the tank.Tomorrow have day off and I'll be dropping tank ,checking sock and replacing tank with new. I will also blow out both the feed and return line just in case.
I ordered a LP for a 93 K3500 diesel like Doc suggested. and will try to troubleshoot the existing...
Why would the truck and pressure be fine when its cold and after 15 mins and driving it stutter and choke and stall. Doesn't make sense that the filter sock is clogged to me .
It's not like I just let it idol for the 15mins then drive . Ive done both let it idol till warm and drove with it...
I loosend the filter removed it and reseated it. Also i changed the petcock on top with another one I had. The hissing only happened when I manually operated the LP and pumped it up to 5-6PSI..
