I used the SuspensionMaxx adjustable keys and they work great! I used to put the Timbrens in the front as the Blizzard plow weighs a ton (well 1/2ton) Excellent investment; keeps the truck level and retains the factory ride. When I cranked 'em up before, the ride got way too stiff.
I finally decided to go with Timbrens over Air Bags. I've debated this for a long time and have gone back & forth. My final question is: Is there any reason I can't use the 1 Ton Timbrens on my 2500HD. Part # GMRTT35S vs. GMRCK25S. I also found the GMRCK35S. I believe the first one is the...
I believe at least the number of regens is stored. Based upon the vehicle mileage/hours, the tech will know at least roughly, how many regens should have occured.
What he said. I liked the Evo better than the Juice; seemed to have more lower end. I also liked knowing how manu grams of soot were in there. The Evo is also updatable via the internet. Never had a reason to force a regen.
List is about $2400. I see it on eBay for about $1900. Best price I have found is around $1400. Then ad installation. They seem to be the only automatic sliding hitch around which I need for a SB.
Interesting option, but the big attraction for me is the interface with the Nav for the caller ID and bluetooth. You must already hve a hands free kit with the one you are loooking at. Here is the application guide some folks were looking for...
Anyone interested in going in on a group buy on this?
http://www.scosche.com/bluefusion
It just got released and is already on backorder. Price is $399 + $25 for the harness + $15 for freight. I'd like to get a bunch of people together and try to reduce the price through a group buy. Any...
Brought my truck in today for the ECM recalibration recall (finally) and they told me there was another one out there to add an in-line fuse to the heated windshield washer fluid circuit to prevent a short. They didn't have the part yet so I have to come back. Anyone hear about this one?
I ordered a bug guard from the stealer and it came in wrong (Tahoe). Sent it back and ordered it again. 3 mos later it came in wrong again for a non-HD truck, I think. Stupid clips would not work and scrached my hood & the guard was too short. Since I hrew the box away I'm stuck with it...
Thoae are cool, but I wouldn't hold my breath for them. When the AV was a concept, they showed very cool tires/wheels, but they never showed up in production. :(
I put the factory Nav in my '05, '06 and ordered it with my '08. Very happy with all of them and wouldn't go any other way. B/U camera and Bluetooth is next. Nick, I may have a CD around here someplace if you still need it.
