when idling its not a loud whine you can barely hear it, but when you give it gas its ridiculously loud. the whine sounds the same idling as it does when i turn the wheel.. barely at all.. took the belt off and revved up and it didnt do it at all! :/

Well I have been tracking it down. Its def coming from the back top of the motor. Somewhere in the middle on top. I can only see so far up.. Any ideas??
