Who said anything about a lift? I've been down that road with my old one and spent way too much money installing and then removing because I did not like the angles on the drive line. Leveled, yes. Lift, no.
Reprogramming for tires can be done with a tech II, same way they program for 20"...
Read on the place that Mike L was doing some beta testing for Banks. Data logging the injection tables and the Ally but no word on the actual logs themselves. Banks is working pretty hard on the tuning as well.
From the EFILive comments, I guess they have put the '11 on the back burner.
I 'm...
These look very good in the truck when working. I have not gotten the flash from oncommers so I take it as a good sign.
I would have gone the H1R but these are H11 bulbs and the fogs are 5202. Could not find them for the either. I am currently looking for some for the highs though
Thanks James, I talked to the people today and they are sending me the regular ballasts. I bought the slim ballast. They think the regulator in the digital ballast may have some effect on the system.
I will post back when i get those and try them. Or tap into the park lights for the trigger...
Ok Thanks.
Are the headlights on these trucks pulsed voltage? If so, that could be the real problem but I would have thought the relay and capaciter would have eliminated that problem. Tech support said Dodge trucks have this same problem but he could not tell me how to fix it.
The reason...
I see your point, I will try it when I get a few minutes to re install the system.
The real problem is tearing the shit apart to get back to the bulbs, what a pain in the ass these trucks can be
Thanks James, I'll let you know

Installed HID's on my 2011 and they just will not stay lit!
They are the 35watt 6000K kit. I first tried the kit with out the harness. Worked fine for a while and then it started flickering and then just going out on one side, usually the drivers side.
So I...
Tighter would mean lower stall rating. A tight converter will have less slip at lower RPM than a loose converter.
Those who run big turbos often go for the looser conv. to get the turbo to light. The looser conv. have more slip to a higher rpm.
I tried WOT yesterday and mine did not lock until ~50ish just like normal. You might be onto something here Joe. I always thought the convertor was supposed to lock at WOT in 2nd gear regardless of T/H on or off. T/H she locks evrytime in 2nd, and blows the tires off if too much pedal is used):h
I use my truck for everything from daily driving (and my truck rarely cuts off during the day)to towing a 10K pound camper in the summer to an occasional sled pull and soon a 1/4 mile.
He recommended either the Precision or 1054. I went with a Precision. Feels good, nice and tight. The tune in...
James, I just had my trans done on Saturday by Big Dipper. He did not replace the C5 in mine, said they are not needed. I asked him about the convertor and went with his suggestion with the way I use my truck.
I would ask your builder what they suggest for the convertor.
