Have you guys considered sticking a deeper first and second gear set in the trans and keeping a larger turbo? This way you get a bigger turbo top end and you should have a faster off the line and I to the rpm band. I don't know what they cost today but they were cheaper than the turbos you...

what transfer case do you have. some of the autotrack cases are know to have "pump rub" which will wear a hole in the side of the case. That could cause shavings to get into the VSS sensor. The manual cases are pretty much bulletproof.

any reason you are running a hybrid 35 over the hx40? I thought they were in the same housing just the 40 had different impeller blades.

Out of curiosity, do all center van/hummer mounts use the t4 or t4i mount? I don't know enough to tell if you used a factory mount or made this custom. Thanks Micky
