Got my Diamond Eye exhaust today...

Factory clamps are the ONLY thing on my system that is rusted. I painted it flat black Grille Paint BBQ before install... Looks brand new, except for EACH rusted clamp, which I did paint too. I'd recommend SS band clamps for this install like Kenny did. They can be removed, once the...

Hi guys. Living here in the NE, I have terrible salt/rust problem. Seems the salt gets trapped inside the door panel, and the inside of mine isn't looking too good. I have no power, just handcrank window. Problem is, whatever the 2nd scissor attachment to the window must have let go...

New LED brake/turn lights in the rear.... But now flasher goes fast???

Just replaced some old lights on the rig with some nice LED brake/turn/marker units from Harbor Freight. Everything works great, however the flasher goes fast as if I have a bulb out, even though all lights are working. I assume its because the LED doesn't draw the same voltage as the old...

Changing headlight on 97 Chevy 3500 (Chrome, non-W/T)

One screw finally turned, but ended up cracking its plastic boss. Which ended up snapping off of the rest of the unit. It went back together fine, a few more cracks will go unnoticed :) Damn rust belt.... can't even change a headlight bulb :)

New Walbro lift pump 16.5 psi & 50 GPH

Right, he deleted Factory FFM. So take about 4 psi or so off of that is my guess at the IP on users with stock FFM. Still fantastic numbers if thats the case.

New Walbro lift pump 16.5 psi & 50 GPH

I think it keeps all the specs on the tight side with 6+psi at all times. What type of PSI numbers are we getting with the new bad-boy?

    1st Dead Dipaco/DTech PMD ??

Whatever you end up doing make sure you seal the 4 thin screws on the PMD itself to prevent salt from eating them. That's what failed on my Heath Isolator, the SALT, of course, ate the mounting screws so proper tension couldn't be constant for heat xfer and it overheated and failed. On my...
