no they are not at fault, they will fix but charge you, if they replaced everything they thought was or could be wrong you would have a fit when you see the bill.
sounds like the seal on the tail shaft like a 15$ item,pull drive line, a screw drive and hammer 2 minutes to pull, gently tap new one in its spot 15 - 30 minutes if you have newer done before.
before it blew check gauges light was on i looked at oil pressure and was 0 so im sure oil failure but still in rig so havent pulled apart to see waste of my time at this point, i over heated it once and had a cracked head two months ago so im sure it was on its way i replaced heads and ran till now

saw in picture makita, I weld and cut for q.a.p. and we have same one it is a joke inless your cutting 1/4 or less we have one in anchorage thats 240 motor and it will cut anything, I personaly have a gas powered still 400 ts and it cuts thru anything even big stuff might take a while but no problem
