I haven't really riden it yet, just around my subdivision. I bought it then the next day left town to go to work. I'll be back home next Wed and plan on finding out!
I know, but guess what...the rider seat attaches the same way but with a hook in the front. I have several friends that have...
It's a 2008 Saxon Villain. It has a 96 ci S&S motor, 6-speed trans and rightside drive. I got a good deal on it so it has a ew home. I can' wait to get back home so I can get some seat time on it. It rides completely different than my Roadking.
Looks good. Still have to install mine.
Did you drop the tank and install the draw straw? I'd like to just hook it up to the factory fuel pick up if possible.
I had the egr replaced sometime back and haven't had any problems with my predator. I'm still running the original rev. I did read about this someplace though.
This is all news to me. I've had XM since 2003 and liked it a lot till the merger when they took my two favorite music stations off. Now I listen mostly to Fox News and ESPN. I also listened to MLB.
I guess its time to upgrade the mp3 player, I travel to work...sometimes 300mi and I hate...
Two types of helicopters I work on have these type of air filters. The manufactures say to not use compressed air because it will damage the filters. We soak them in cleaner then rinse with low pressure water and let them dry. We have a special sprayer to apply the oil and we use K&N oil on the...
I wouldn't use a pressure washer it would probably damage the filter media. I just use the cleaner and let it soak for awhile the cleaner again then rinse with normal water pressure from the faucet.
My S&B filter was dirty like yours Nick. I waited till the cleaning kit from S&B came before I cleaned and oiled mine. S&B's kit is good and easy to re-oil. I guess in a pinch you could use K&N oil till you get the S&B kit. I haven't had any MAF problems with mine either.
I agree that it...
I took it out to try to install and it said it couldn't find the cal and had a code 6D and to call Hypertech. I guess mine isn't any good now either.
I guess I could PM Darnell over at the other place and ask about it then at least I could sell it.
Feel free to PM any info you want to...
Nick, I'm glad you like yours...I hated my HPPIII. The shifts were terrible on all levels no matter how I let the trans learn. It defueled badly and the 2200rpm sudden power increase sucked. I found nothing smooth about mine. I called Hypertech customer support and ask if there was anything I...
I have one on my truck and so far it is working good. I did worry about it getting accidently opened so I put a rubber cap over the drain and a worm clamp to hold it in place. Hopefully it will hold the oil if the valve gets knocked open.
