Ok on further checking i replaced the starter and it did crank faster but still would not start then I checked EVERY glow plug to find that only a couple where working (the ones that I normally check:mad2:) So new glow plugs and vroom runs great thanks for all your help:D

Ok my pastors burb is throwing code number P0236 Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance. Please explain I can't seem to find a site that will explain it. Is it detrimental to a 1000 mile trip, how to fix,etc,etc.

the security check should fix you up. you are probably getting minimal pressure but only from your lift pump enough pressure to bleed the lines to the ip if that makes sence.

You might also try a security reset since there was a chip installed. Turn the key on and bump the starter and let the key return to the "on" position. Leave in the on position till the security light goes out on the dash then turn the key to the "off" position. repeat 3 times then it should...

ok after running a compression test and extensive conversation with Bill Heath it looks like I will be calling diesel depot for a quote on a rebuilt engine any thoughts or pointers on what to get or services to have run or installed before it is shipped?
