  • Any advice on what to look at, timing is per the OEM spec. +/- 2 degrees. Dist. is a new EFI Connection vortec unit. Crank sensor is a EFI connection provided sensor and billet cam cover.
    newbie - truck is 98 K2500 Chevy. In process of installing a SBC 427 Dart SHP block stroker. Has AFR aluminum heads and Cust. Grind COMPCAMS Hydraulic roller. OEM EFI (with a 48lb/h rated spider) and ignition with a 0411 PCM upgrade with a custom BBP tune installed. Getting a Crank/Cam correlation OBDII code.

    Finally got this worked out - crnk sensor not spaced adequately needs minimum of .030" airgap to reluctor, dah. Now working on PCM tune lots of issues.
