I'm going with the psd turbo so boost shouldn't be a prob.
I'd like to figure out a way to get the pipes up and over the rear to equalize the temps and psi. Someone sugested the hummer had the pipes this way. If so then all i'd have to do is fit the uppipes w/the psd collector. Any thoughts...
Hate to de-rail but lookin at those pic's, the cumbustion cups in particular makes me wonder how much meat is at the front/long edge? I've been thinking of ways to decrease static compression. Has anybody wandered into this area?

I was thinking PSD turbo, 1st gen Cummins IC, Hi-pop inj's and turned up DB2. I realise that 250 is even on the high side without more fuel. I remember reading somewhere that this pump unmolested was only capable of 30-35 hp per line. If this was at the flywheel or pavement I don't know...
IIRC the pen's are around 18-1 comp and run at or around 3000rpm. The power they gain would be lost in a truck unless you keep the centralized turbo mount.
I have a few ideas for that, since this is a nonescential build I'll see what works. I think intercooling and centralising the turbo(s) will help what's there and what you suggested should get it over the hump. What is the 4911 part of the Db2, and when you say aftercooler what did you have in mind?

New here, can't believe I spent so much time on the other IDI sites without knowing all the perf stuff was here. These are my current or about to be diesels. The black 6.5 is gone now and the old red Ford is getting the drivetrain from the white 1st gen Dodge.
