I am in KY and here there are no inspection stickers on vehicles much less on trailers or ATV's. I don't even have to tag my trailers.

I think another stock turbo would actually hurt you. You will need two smaller ones. You will not get enough boost to spool two big ones.

I am a Bickmore fan myself. I use Bick-1 to clean my saddles and have used it for my truck seats also. But I use Bick-4 just to condition both my saddles and my seats.
