Nice work......those early model CC/SB trucks are rare. Built beefier than what we've got now, that's for sure. Did you have fitment issues with the 4x4 and tall motor?
Has anyone else replaced their fuel filter head o rings?
I took mine out, and they were visibly cracked.
I also noticed this same cracking with an o ring on my TDI. Common theme is that I run B80 in both.
Anyone else seen BD eating their o rings?
Ive been running commercially produced B50-B80 in the truck, tractor and two TDI's for the past 4 years. I buy 4 drums twice a year and gravity dispense it into my 5g tanks and lug it to the vehicle.

Would a 2500 suburban (2003+) be easier in terms of motor and trans mountings?
Is it possible or do we have to step up to a 2500 Suburban frame?
It would be easier than swapping a Dmax into a 1991-1999 truck, right?
Seems like if the 6.0 is used in the Tahoe, the motor mounts would line up with the ones on the Dmax, since that engine is also used in the 2500HD...
