Found the APP through Dorman. I'll try and fix the OBD Port first, hopefully the code confirms suspicions on APP issue, and then I can just replace the APP. Makes sense though, while I was driving I was thinking in my head it was a throttle sensor issue.

I'm having trouble with my sisters 01 7.3l F250. Just finished replacing positive Cable assembly and batteries, but I'm getting intermittent throttle drop. as in I can drive along and suddenly the pedal stops responding entirely, and sometimes but not always the SES flashes when this...

I'm hoping she likes her new cables, got them all wired in today. Kind of wish I replaced the starter cable again anyways, I'd be back to proper side posts again...as it is I've got one modified(pass pos), which means I had to cut the cover off one of the new cables :'(
