Picked Up a New (to me) Pickup

Is there a fuel line going from the gas can out the firewall?

My first thought was a prior owner couldn't afford enough gas to burn it to the ground. Empty gas can when it got to the selected spot and all... 🤪

I bet the "Remove troublesome ECM and restrictive TBI" repair has the pickup getting out of it's own way!

Yeah nice looking for it's age and survivor of the normal work truck beatings that most went through.

bad fuseable link on the starter or up at the firewall distro block? (can't remember what year GM stopped using the link wires at the starter location) other than crawling down there to check. see if there are several fuses in the box without power. could also be a faulty ignition switch too. other thing is if the PO did any work on the starter and didn't connect that once link wire to the battery cable.
