Found this the other day... busted body mount? I've been feeling a lot more clunking/thumping than usual latlely.

What should I replace this with? Another factory bushing?

I will most likely. How difficult is this to change out? What causes a failure this catastrophic?

Don't get me wrong, I beat the CRAP out of my truck off road; over rocks and holes, up grades covered by gravel, raging across creeks, etc, but I didn't think the body mounts really would be the first to go...
