I'd say yea, and all you would need are the Brackets that hold it in the Headliner, and the Power Harness for it.

double check, i think the headliner is molded differant for that.

Doesn't it wire into the factory speaker system too. I don't see any headphone jacks or anything.

I have been watching and bidding on a few on ebay,but have yet to win one. But I think the harness has to hook into your radio so that your rear speakers are off when playing a movie.
Oh and I haven't been brave enough to call a dealer and price out the harness.
