Couple weekends ago while at the track i noticed after running and comming back to the pits I'd idle for a few then shut it down. Within an hour we were called back to the lines and I noticed while starting it took above average cranking time to start.
I noticed that is the truck was hot from running and then left for 30-45 min it would crank alot before starting. If I leave it till it cools down more (1h15min and up) it starts fine.
Today when starting it after only being parked for 45min or so it took extra time to crank and once starting it puffed a touch of white smoke.
I was thinking head cracked or gasket but it should over pressureize the coolant tank right?
Any tips or knowledge is wanted!!
Thanks
