Where can I buy an optic sensor harness and other harnesses under the intake for the 1994 K3500?
I also need a Coolant temperature sensor
Any part numbers or links would be greatly appreciated

Give GMParsGiant a try as it looks like they list some of the harnesses.

Try ChevyPartsZone as well.

Both have nice schematics.

Striking out so far.

I talked to heath and he said that the harness was the same til 99. He said the newer harnesses were better because of the elimination of the OS filter - that part is longer and plugs in easier.

I'm pretty sure the part number is 10154618

I had previously posted a link to a site that would search GM dealerships by part number and tell you which dealerships had a part in stock. It is possible that there may be a dealership with this part on the shelf yet.

I've been looking for the link. Unfortunately I really suck at searching. I can't even find posts that I know I made

The engine harness, The OS filter plugs into it. GM Part number 15302629

I think I have one on order from a private sale. Waiting to hear verification. The Paypal was sent

Found a different one at a dealer in Tipton, some state I forgot for $647

jeff, any difference between auto and manual, OBD-I and OBDII? I got a automatic 2wd parts engine that I think is a 99 or 00. IDK how complete or hacked the harness is though, have to go dig it out.

do you think bk95td (unfortunately have to track him down via the other forum) would have one ready to rock? might even have the ECM you need.

I'm supposed to have one on the way. I forgot about Barry. Thanks for the offer. There are at least 2 different parts numbers. One for the older style that had the OS filter and one for the style that had a longer cable to make up for the lack of OS filter. GM 15302629

What I was told:

I went through all that with my new 94. All the late 94 -95 eventually had them installed when built, even a few 96 got them even though the problem was fixed
with the OBD2 PCM.
I bought the new harness a few years back for the 99 I have because I was having stalling problems and when I moved the harness it would clear up. When I put the new harness on it did the same thing. Turns out the problem was with the main harness. So I did not use it. I paid over 350.00 for it at the time and was lucky to get it.
FYI - Don't put it back under the manifold, It will work just fine on the pass. side of the intake and will be easy to get to and won't get cooked and oil soaked.
