What "Part" Of The GMAX-6 Kit Is This?

I am getting everything Ready to Drop my Truck Off on Tuesday, so I'm going through all the Boxes and such and Found this Piece. I have no Idea what it is, or where it goes. It def. is NOT the Filter Lock. It's Stamped with "Suncoast" but I don't know what it is, or where it goes.

You use that to remove the main pressure regulator valve and install the shim included with the kit....

Might want to call the place you got it from... it SHOULD have come with install instructions...
