I went to a class on Powerstrokes and all it pretty much was, was a class on how they made the 6.4 better to fix all the problems the 6.0 had. The cab has to come off to pretty much do any major engine work. Have been known to blow head gaskets under stock boost levels. Have EGR cooler problems. And I know you can get a bad one in any truck, but the guy at the shop next door has an 04 and traded it in at 30K because of all the problems. That truck had $15K worth of warranty work done before the 3/36 was up. Never towed a thing, never had a chip, or even aftermarket exhaust.
