What is this wire? Help please

looking for a bit of help here... I am cleaning my grounds, and found a wire I dont know what to do with.

It is in the loom that goes down the passenger side head. It has an orange wire that splits into the 4 gp wires. A purple wire to starter solenoid. A black wire with white stripe which i think is ground. And a tan wire with a white stripe. I connected this to ground last time because someone put a black wire extension on it. Now that i trace it back i see it isnt black. What is it? I am on my phone so i cant look up wiring diagrams... (Sorry for the grammar/typing)

The Black/White and Tan/White are both grounds. Both run to the PCM (the tan/white directly which may explain some things eh?)
Here's a shot of them on my truck when I first got it and did some cleaning up. A
