What are the best shocks for 94 K3500? Would these also fit the 96 K1500?

I had 2 people recommend Ranchos.

Where is the best place to buy whatever shocks get recommended?

I have one new Monroe Reflex? Is it worth getting a mate or should I just ignore it?

I wasn't impressed with the Monroe's I put on my 96. I put bilsteins on my dually. According to rock auto the 1/2 ton uses a different shock.
