Kenny, I would file a complaint at BBB.org. You will not be the first to file a claim against them. Even if they cant get you going straight if you file a complaint you might save the next guy.
 
I'm working on it. They already have a F rating with BBB. I'm not much for wording things properly so a buddy of mine over at the garage took all the details and is writing up the complaint for me. They also have complaints from DCP and I'm waiting for the report from DMV. I am also filing a complaint with DMV and sueing them. So far I have an 1100$ estimate for a brand new carpet from Dodge installed, Shipping charges for the Lift pumps, the 200$ they charged me. An 800$ TSB that they did not correct with the tranny, and another shop is giving me a written estimate to redo the LP and repair the leaks they caused .see what happens. Scumbags like them always seem to get away.
