wastegate solenoid mounting

Can someone post a picture of where the solenoid is mounted? I just replaced mine, and the original has a broken bracket, so it was just sitting there. Love to get it mounted.

Now to see if the code 78 stops on the upshift on the grade south of me...

I used a cable tie at one time until I bought the screw for it.

Now it is there but I have TM.

They seem to break all the time....As JMJ said cble tie seems to work fine to keep it from flopping around.

hmmm... I assume the picture is vin S... I dont have the other parts. I will cable tie her in there... funny, I think that and the force holds the accessories in place!

I do love this truck though. So much spirit.

Yup, looks like an "S" model.

Mine is also a Vin F.

blue plug if the wastegate... what is the green plug? I do not think I have that on my truck.

Nah.

I'll tell you straight up what it is.

It's a 3 bar map sensor.

What it's used for is a bit more secret.

It drives a dash mounted boost gauge in addition to a couple "other" purposes.

But the other purposes ARE a secret.................for now.
