Ok i just got my ac deleted untill next summer and now its time for the vac pump. Im pretty sure i just need to get a 1 inch shorter belt from what i have heard. Once i get the shorter belt do i just rout it the same way with out the vac pump their. could i see some pics.

I have a '95 with a/c and 100 amp alternator, vacuum pump delete... 101.5" belt (4061010 or 6PK2565).

If you don't have a/c, I too am curious if you have the dummy idler?

No diff in the routing. I'm positive it's an inch shorter for the 96 and up trucks but not sure prior to that.

I believe you are correct based on some info I started to collect. I kindof gave up because there are too many variables, alternator for instance!!
