Upping Timming with B100 or B50

I am thinking or upping the Timing on Bio since it burns slower that diesel is should get a head start, That might get back a bit of the fuel Mileage. I am hoping to get a Combustion Analyzer form my Company and see how the efficiency changes with different timing Settings. But is any one ells already knows a Magic number I would like to learn it.

The only help I can give is that my truck does get better mileage running a Predator 40hp tune than a stock tune running B100. It is a much bigger difference in mileage then if I compare it to regular diesel. I definitely don't have a number to assign I just know that the Predator does advance the timing and this is of course on the 6.6.
