Unconventional Engine Swaps.

Has anyone ever successfully swapped a 6.5 turbo diesel engine from a Chevy K3500 into a classic S10 Blazer? If so, what modifications were necessary and how did it affect the overall performance and handling of the vehicle?

IIRC there has been a couple people posted in about installing 6.5s into smaller truck units.
I think one was a Nissan IIRC.
I dont know where to search to find them postings.

I have a 1991 International box truck. Something like a DT366 and Spicer 6 speed.
I wish someone would get it. I hate to scrap it. But sooner or later, something is going to happen with it.
