looks like an HT3B, this is what is used as the "big" turbo on some Cummins Twin setups.

depending on what size housing is on it, it can be used for compounds..... between a 22 and 26 cm2 housing is the "norm" for this.... anything bigger and it will be pretty laggy.... they use a t-6 flange as well.... very easy turbo to clock as it uses a v-band clamp for the exhaust housing...
