I did the Full EGR Delete on my Truck Yesterday, went for a Test Drive and the Turbo is def. Louder now. I can Hear it Spool more.

I Checked as best as I could, and from what I could See / Find, there are no Leaks at any of the Connections.

I'm thinking it will be Louder though, since the Thick Cast Pieces were Replaced by a Thin Aluminum Piping.

Does that Sound right?

Sounds about right. The EGR cooling manifold would act as a damper I would think. Gonna post up some pics and discussion about the job?

Yea, I'll get some Pics Tomorrow.

Discussion...the Job SUCKS!! I'm never doing one again!!

I'll Supervise and give Pointers along the way, but I'm not getting my Hands Dirty.

Did you take the resonator out at the same time? I know my 01 spools up pretty noticeably and 01 didn't have a resonator on it. Take it you put in a federal up pipe?
