Time to step off for my country. I'm going to be deployed for about 4 months overseas, and I'm letting my wife drive my truck:nono: Anyone have any ideas on storage, i.e. fill up the fuel tank, additives, etc... Thanks for any help.

:usa:

When you deploy with the army they do nothing. It just sits, they get notified about three days or so out and they charge up the batteries.

If you could get someone to drive it at least once a month it should be fine in my eyes.

Well, I would just like to thank you for your service.

As far as the truck, it should be fine, if the wife drives it every once in a while.

I would change all the fluids before you leave. Used oil can get accidic and if it sits for a while unused it can etch metal. Rare, but it happens. Good luck.
