transmission dipstick tube

Ok guys, I was going to check the tranny fluid today and whent I pulled the dipstick out part of the tube came with it. I was curious if anybody knew a parts number for a new tube? It's a 94 K3500 with a 4L80E. It wasn't broken 5,xxx miles ago when I changed my oil, so I'm not worried to bad. I think I'll change my oil and filter anyways, anybody recomend a good fluid?
