Anybody buy them from Rock auto ?? I can get a manual set(no power) for 166 bucks delivered! Are they any good?
 
Well I ordered them, we'll see what they're like and I'll report back. My fingers are crossed! :D
 
Got driver side, waiting on passenger side. It looks good,I want to compare it right next to a GM one,then I'll have a better idea of quality. Once they're mounted I'll have more to report.
 
I have had zero luck with the aftermarket mirrors. The first set I got the passenger side would sit too far back and would shake like crazy. The next set I tried from an aftermarket shop was so bad I thought the glass was going to fall out and they wouldn't stay set. I sent those back and tried the cool view with the signal. The passenger side was so shaky it was almost useless. I had to add weather stripping to the inside top on both to make them usable. Now the signal light on the passenger side shorted and was blowing fuses so I had to disconnect it. Trying to get a call back from the distributor for a refund. Had enough of trying to "save" with the knockoffs. What a PIA! I am ordering a set of gm mirrors and being done with it.
 
Bammer the mirrors you bought, they are the double arm ones right? Definatly get pics up of how it looks once done please!

Yup and I will post pics... Passenger side came monday but the dopes sent the wrong one! It had the original part # sticker on it, then someone added different ones with the part # I needed = WRONG! They are getting me the right one sent soon.
 
so are these the GM mirrors or aftermarket?

The Gm mirrors are nice but about $400+ a set. They still shake some too. You gotta remember theres a heavy mirror hanging way outside of your truck and its only mounted to a thin piece of sheet metal, so when the wind hits it, its gonna shake.

mine are stock GM, and they didnt shake when i first put them on. they do a little bit now that i leveled them
 
They sent the wrong one again. Back they go and uck them and their Taiwanese crap and worthless website!

GM or nuttin for me!
