What do you need to do before winter?

Here is my list:
Check why the starter hangs and runs on a no start and the key is released
Check the glow pugs

Leaks:
Front cover / water pump - oil and coolant leaks
Oil cooler line fittings

Brakes:
Front pads and rotors
ABS module

Snow Plow:
Mount light bar for plowing
Straighten snow plow frame
Replace rusted out section of the plow blade
Re powder coat the plow

94 K3500 Fluidamper, Finish installing transmission, service, check timing chain

95 Tahoe new sending unit in fuel tank, rear brake lines, service, right anti lock sensor, new fuel lines under intake

98 Suburban service, drivers window lower rubber piece, Ac repaired

96 Suburban service, right side lower window rubber

Move piano to daughters house

put steel on kitchen roof

Looks like leak from the front cover came from behind the water pump.

The gasket looks like it shrunk or crinkled, allowing oil to run out.

I've always used Permatex form a gasket on these types of low temp, low pressure gaskets. It didn't seem to stick and hold well. This time was a thin coat of ultra black rtv.

Next is the other oil leak. I need to get my replacement oil cooler (DAMM Deer) once Burning Oil returns from vacation. I'll check out the starter too.

Oil change, new tires, seal up AC, new low side switch and recharge (proper defroster defogger function)
