suggestions on fuel transfer tank

I am looking for some suggestions on a fuel transfer tank with a toolbox on the top of it. does anyone have suggestions on a good one that sits below the rear window or to all these combos sit ontop of the rails. i got a slideing window in my lmm thats why i want one that sits down low. anything would be appreciated.
