Steering pumps, v and serpentine

My question is, are they the same? Mine has been puking fluid and since I rerouted my belt after doing dual alts and all that, maybe I reversed the spin?
I've bought a new one and it will be in today, but figured I'd run it by you all anyway.

Only thing that changes direction is the waterpump iirc

I've got the new one on there and bled. I'll try it and hope.
