Stanadyne injectors?

This is news to me, new stanadyne 6.5l injectors. Are they bosch?

Not Bosch, Stanadyne made injectors. I seem to remember that the ebay vendor selling those is well respected as well. From what I've read, Stanadyne, Bosch, and Delphi are the injector brands you want.

The ad says they are made in Italy. Is it worth the extra money to get the german bosch that Heath sells?

Either will do just fine IMO. I would go with the less expensive ones because they are pretty much equal.
