94 Silverado 1500 2wd Just restoted truck and put back together. Replaced speed sensor in tranny, also took out vssb sensor & checked for corrosion and loose connections but all is clean and good. Any suggestions?

Speedometer not working

Clean termnals, make sure there is a good ground. Broken wires also come to mind.

Is this truck an auto or manual? If it's an auto, does it shift correctly?

It is an auto. and shifts fine. The speedometer worked before restoration.

Is there continuity all the way through on the wires ?
when You are talking about restoration, was the dash taken apart ? might be a bad connection in the dash.

If it's shifting, the speed sensor and vssb are working. All that leaves is the wiring between the cluster and vssb, or a loss of power to the cluster.
