Smoke Switch

so i've just recently heard about this smoke switch u can put on ur truck to make it smoke an insane amount. not sure what it consists of. any input would be greatly appreciated

That switch is for the VGT in the LLY's on up. If you want more smoke, you need a tuner like EFI Live with a smoke tune and possibly a built trans.

I don'tr about the smoke switch. But i just discovered a very cool fix for the seemly turbo lag. just put an orfice from PPE in the fuel rail. It only cost 39.00. It will make your truck run a lot quicker.

Is there any way to put a smoke switch on a 2003 duramax or what?

Not sure if this works but can try if you like. Let me know if it does. you need to go get yerself a spool of 12v wire, a high amperage 12v toggle switch and some wire splice connectors! you hook up the switch inside your truck and run two wires (about 10 to 15 feet each, i have the center console and put the switch in the top shelf of that so i had to run two 10 foot wires!) through the fire wall to you MAP sensor! the MAP sensor is located on your intake manifold held on by one bolt and has 3 wires coming out of it (5v, OUT, GRND) you splice one of them two wires to the 5v wire and the other to the OUT wire! when you have it installed going down the road flip the switch and it will prevent your turbo from boosting! as soon as you flip that switch your check engine light comes on (no worries P108 code) and the sound of your truck will change drastically and will throw black smoke all over the place! flip the switch back and your truck runs normally again! DO NOT LEAVE ON FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME!!!! WILL PUT YOUR TRUCK INTO LIMP MODE!!!!
