I have a 1996 Chevy Tahoe and both signal lights blink fast at time's then they do not and bulbs are good

Can you post a pic of them?
If there like a c/k series then they actually plug into a circuit board of sorts..if it's going bad it will cause signal to flash really fast.... You buy them in a set at AutoZone for less than $20...go ahead and put them both in cuz if one's going bad the other one ain't far behind....
