The injectors are taken apart and you add shims to increase psi or remove to decrease psi.

raising pop pressure decrease injection timing and increase automization
lowering pop increase timing and reduces automization
by how much idk i know pop pressue is played with on 12v for a while and what it does for timeing in a 6.5 as per how much is advanced/retard per pressue raised/owered idk
