so I was wonder what is the easiest way to tell what alternator I have or which serp belt to get. It is a single but there are like 500 different belts!!

the location of the plug on the back of the alternator will tell you which one you have. IIRC it is at "11:00" for the reg one and I forget what the HDs plug location is but that is the question the dealer or autozone clerk will ask you

my 145 amp alt has it stamped into case on the flange where it splits apart.

You could call the dealership and give them your vin #. I just called for mine and mine is 117.5 inches. 105 alt w/ no vac pump. California model. Jerry.
